I use the stopwatch in the gym. It’s to time my rest period between sets and when I do stretching exercises to time how long I hold the stretch. Big numbering so I can see the time, easy to set and use. The price was awesome. I saved on 2/3 of the original cost from Amazon.

Fantastic stopwatch for the price. I bought it for the kids to self-regulate how much TV they watch. ANd they now use it to measure all random things too, like how much it takes them to say a tongue twister. Really recommended
