Garmin strap doesnt work in garmin app? alot of bad reviews
How off is your watch accuracy compared to the chest strap?
As a former massage therapist focused on structural issues, you have muscles imbalances that torquing your body across multiple planes. Since it looks like you take fitness seriously, I’d suggest some deep tissue, neuromuscular massage and about 250+ hours of real yoga (not the hippy bullshit). You might believe you’re already doing this, but it’s not effective
When you move really intense like air squat Isn't it move down your body?
Can you sync data with iPhone connect app without the watch?
?
Is it water proof? I’m looking to get a chest monitor that I can use during workouts as well as in the pool while doing laps, I need completely water proof, not just water resistant
What watch are you using with your strap?
I feel as if the watches wouldnt read your rate accurately especially while running. I bet the chest straps are more accurate
Can you watch you HR levels in the phone app while you’re actively using the HR strap?
i suggest move your hrm sensor to your left chest for better accuracy
I know this works for running, cycling and swimming modes. Does it work for hiking, trekking, Yoga, etc?
Do you find it to be more accurate than the watch in terms of calories when doing strength training?
Without watch hrm counts sets on kettlebells?????
