Hi Kyle, since this is an older video, do you have any new information about devices for HRV monitoring.
How can I see the HRV data in every second from the chart? Do you recommend any app that can see the HRV data in every second like HR chart?
One thing I don't understand is why the heart rate seems to vary so much. I see yours look similar to mine: it continuously peaks and drops. Why is that?
Awesome video, thanks a lot. I just bought my H10 and plan to pair it with Elite HRV. I don't know much about the Polar app itself. Can you recommend a sleep tracking app to pair with the H10 or is the Elite HRV app good for that as well?
I so needed to find this video. Thank you! I'm just learning about HRV and just picked up a Polar H10. Looking forward to getting to work!
You are awesome!
Have you tried HeartMath? I'm curious but not sure how scientific it is…
Which polar app u choose
Buy polar H10 and polar apps without a polar watch can track hrv?
Thanks for the video.
I too tried Dr. Joe Dispenza's meditations, initially everything went well but then I kept getting worse especially in terms of stress and I abandoned his meditations.
In Dr. Dispenza's books I read that they collaborated with Heartmath and I saw the devices like Inner Balance and I was thinking about trying it but I wasn't sure about buying it considering the cost, then seeing your video and knowing that you also practiced the meditations by Dr. Joe Dispenza and you have obtained excellent results with HRV monitoring I am really pleased and you give me confirmation that underneath these devices can be a great help 🙂
Do you think it's better to aim for the inner balance or is the polar h10 + Elite HRV app better?
I saw that there is also the Kyto 2935 HRV monitor similar to the inner balance and it costs much less.
One thing I don't understand (unfortunately I'm Italian and I use subtitles to try to understand the things you explain), how to understand through the Elite HRV app that we are doing a great job of consistency when it is used for breathing exercises?
With the Inner Balance app there is the respiration visualizer which indicates when we are in coherence (I have not tried it, I have seen other videos on youtube), but with the Elite HRV there is no respiration visualizer and I it remains difficult to understand.
Can you please explain to me how to do it?
Thanks.???
Thank you so much for this. I have to mention that every time you use the filler word "Right?" my ADHD responds with "wait, what?" and this happened way more than was comfortable for me.
Ever wear it to sleep? Is it mad uncomfortable?
Hello why my h10 monitor did saw my heart rate?
Can you adjust the strap to wear the H9 or H10 on your ankle, forehead, or bicep?
The 4% battery ? is distracting ?
I received Polar Verity Sense for Christmas. As this is unwanted gift (it's really crappy) I am trying to reurn it since then. Customer service either does not bother to reply or they do everything they can to not give you instructions how to return products. Then after 3 weeks they deman packing sleep in order to accept the return. What an anti-consumer greedy corporation. Guys, check trustpilot, don't buy their products.
Just about to purchase the H10 polar, plus the Elite App, but do I need to also download the polar Flow App to get updates on the H10, as I’ve been told that the Elite App can’t download updates directly to the H10.
Omg! I love Joe Dispenza ??
That's exactly why I want to buy a polar 10 tomorrow
Great review especially for HRV
Thankyou so much
In the Polar H10 App, I can see it tracks Heart Rate but not HRV. Am I missing something?
How do you best achieve 0 artifacts and good signal ?
