I’ve been using my fitbug orb for a week tracking my steps and sleep and so far I’m very impressed. I sync it with my iPhone and use the included online membership. It was a little confusing to me at first since there isn’t any info on the fitbug itself, but I found the instructions on the website very helpful. So far I’ve learned that I get a good quality of sleep, just not enough of it. I have been waking up between 4 and 10 times per night…it even tells me how long I was awake each time. I’ve also found the wristband does not seem accurate for counting steps. I think my arm motion is getting counted as steps. Wearing the clip on my waist seems much more accurate. Check out the fitbug website for more info. The included website membership really offers a lot. Really worth the money.

My daughter got one of these for me for a gift.
I thought it was a nice concept.

The device did not work.
All the step counts were wrong.
It simply did not function.

Their customer service is very limited with limited hours and it rang busy most of the time.
I tried the email feature and received NO response at all.

If you open the box, you cannot return it even if it is broken like mine is.
They are based in Chicago and my daughter even tried to talk with them there.
They were rude and had no interest in helping make the situation work.
British company. No manners at all.
No customer service at all.

If you buy one of these products, or any of their other products, better be prepared to throw your money down the rabbit hole.

Simply the worst experience I have had in a very long time.
And, that is saying alot as I do a great deal of my shopping online.

Stay away from this company.

Was looking for a device that would track activity, food & sleep. The sleep function doesn’t work consistently and doesn’t track sleep. Once you turn sleep mode on it will record any time you are not moving. So if you lay in bed for 45 minutes unable to fall asleep it records that 45 mins as sleep time. Another disappointment was you can’t enter what you have eaten via the app; you must do that via the website. Can’t find a way to create a food item that isnt in their library with calories; only able to add unspecified calories.
