  1. As a former massage therapist focused on structural issues, you have muscles imbalances that torquing your body across multiple planes. Since it looks like you take fitness seriously, I’d suggest some deep tissue, neuromuscular massage and about 250+ hours of real yoga (not the hippy bullshit). You might believe you’re already doing this, but it’s not effective

  2. Is it water proof? I’m looking to get a chest monitor that I can use during workouts as well as in the pool while doing laps, I need completely water proof, not just water resistant

  3. I feel as if the watches wouldnt read your rate accurately especially while running. I bet the chest straps are more accurate

  4. Can you watch you HR levels in the phone app while you’re actively using the HR strap?

  5. I know this works for running, cycling and swimming modes. Does it work for hiking, trekking, Yoga, etc?

  6. Do you find it to be more accurate than the watch in terms of calories when doing strength training?
