Fitness trackers; as far as percentages go they can be a good gauge on progression. For example, if you change one thing in your routine, the difference you see in the data is a fair indicator of whether or not the change has a positive or negative effect. Of course, the opinion of positive or negative is relative to your personal health and/or specific demographic and depending on quality of fitness tracker, accuracy may vary. Too many factors, too wide of an audience. Handheld devices at this time are not as accurate as the medical grade devices mentioned in video. For most people, especially those without underlying conditions, the raw data accuracy is just not that important.
This is not a translation of the video just my two cents about fitness trackers in general.
